I've completed my bachelor's in psychology from Sir parashurambhau College pune. I'm currently pursuing MA in Clinical psychology at IGNOU. I love to listen and help others in managing their stress. I trust in process of life and strongly believe in spirituality. I have done a research project correlation between on spirituality, Optimism and psychological well-being and it came as there is strong correlation between the smae. I have attended many workshops in my college and learn many things about counselling and importance of active listening in field of mental health. I want to start working in this field to start experiencing practical work. So, I think as a Listener I will deliver my best.
