I am a Counselor, Coach and Psychological Intern with hands-on experience in clinical settings, complemented by a strong academic foundation in psychology. I hold a B.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and am currently pursuing my M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology. Alongside my clinical training, I actively work as a Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Instructor, where I focus on fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and cognitive development in learners. My interests lie in integrating evidence-based psychological practices with educational and counseling approaches to support holistic mental well-being and personal growth.
