As a counselor, I conduct regular individual wellbeing coaching sessions for team members of a client company. I evaluate patients’ psychological needs and accommodate them accordingly. I address mental/wellbeing concerns of clients. I provide individual, group sessions, and trainings for clients regarding their wellbeing. I report and collaborate to the operations team and the clients for the betterment of the wellbeing of the employees.
