I have a certification in the Thinking Environment, an approach that aims to allow individuals to develop and practice their independent thinking. It is an approach that allows the coachee (Thinker, in this setting) explore one specific topic they are occupied with, until they exhaust it, with very minimal intrusion from the side of the coach (Thinking Partner, in this setting). I am also certified in the Subject-Object Interview, a widely used tool for personal and leadership development.
