I believe that being truly heard can be deeply healing, and my role is to listen with empathy, patience, and genuine understanding. I approach every conversation with respect, sensitivity, and openness, ensuring that individuals feel valued and supported. With a background in psychology and hands-on experience in student counseling, workshops, and mental well-being initiatives, I am trained to understand emotional concerns, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, academic pressure, and self-doubt. While I do not diagnose or offer clinical therapy, I focus on active listening, emotional validation, and helping individuals gain clarity and perspective through thoughtful conversation.
