As a dedicated Listener, I offer a compassionate and non-jidgemental ear. My commitment is to provide a supportive space where individuals can express themselves freely, fostering understanding and emotional well-being. I have a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology that has prepared me to provide adequate and efficient therapy for clients. I have learnt to practice CBT, DPT and ACT therapy methods through my internships. I am a volunteer in a well-known NGO providing emotional support via helpline. I believe I can offer the client the best service.
