As a compassionate and dedicated listener as a registered nurse who has not just open ears but a receptive heart to every commentary of my patients, I learned that work is not merely delivering a basic necessary care for my clients. I have unraveled the fact that having empathy as I listen and communicate with my patients contribute significantly on their holistic recovery.
