As a listener, along with providing a safe space I ensure that I listen well and not just hear. I process your emotions so that you can process them well. I make sure you feel like you have a place where you can be yourself, unapologetically and have the freedom to explore your emotions, feelings and yourself. My aim is always to unlock atleast one aspect about yourself in the session such that you have a greater understanding about how to cope and manage your emotions well in every sphere of your life.
