A volunteer listener providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for individuals who need to be heard. I offer attentive listening, emotional support, and empathetic presence for those navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, or difficult life experiences. My role is to listen with care, respect, and confidentiality—without giving unsolicited advice, diagnoses, or clinical treatment. Grounded in psychology training and mental health advocacy, I aim to help individuals feel seen, understood, and supported as they process their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. Sessions focus on validation, gentle reflection, and emotional grounding, while honoring each person’s boundaries, values, and lived experience.
