I am a trained counseling psychologist who approaches listening as a space rather than a solution. I often sit with the in-between—where thoughts feel unclear, emotions don’t have names yet, and people are still figuring out what they feel. While my background in psychology and CBT informs how I understand patterns and distress, I don’t rush to interpret or fix. I believe being heard without judgment can be grounding in itself. As a listener, I aim to offer a calm, attentive presence—one that allows confusion, pauses, and unfinished sentences—so individuals can slowly make sense of their experiences at their own pace.
