Ahsaas Verma

I am a volunteer listener who offers a safe, judgment-free space for people to talk, express, and be understood. I don’t give instructions or force solutions—I simply hold space. My role is to hear you deeply, acknowledge your feelings, and support you with genuine empathy. Whether someone is dealing with stress, confusion, loss, relationship challenges, or simply wants someone who will not interrupt or judge them, I am here to listen. All conversations are confidential, respectful, and completely free. You don’t have to be “strong” or “sorted” to speak with me. You don’t need a script or a point. Just come as you are. My intention is to make sure you feel: Heard without being corrected Safe without being criticized Valued without being told what to be Supported without expectations I am not a therapist or counselor; I am someone who believes that being listened to is one of the greatest forms of healing.
