As a counselling psychologist, I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for anyone who needs to be heard. As a volunteer listener, my focus is on understanding your experiences with empathy, patience, and respect. I provide emotional support, reflective listening, and guidance to help you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. While I do not offer clinical therapy in this volunteer role, I aim to help you feel understood, validated, and less alone through warm, attentive, and confidential conversation.
