I am a dedicated volunteer Listener who offers free emotional support to individuals seeking a safe, understanding, and non-judgmental space to express their thoughts and feelings. With a background in healthcare, strong communication skills, and multiple international certifications related to child protection, trauma-informed care, leadership, and emotional wellbeing, I bring empathy, patience, and professionalism to every conversation. My goal as a Listener is simple: to be fully present. I attentively hear people’s stories, struggles, and emotions without interrupting, advising, or judging—because sometimes, what a person needs most is someone who genuinely listens. Whether someone is experiencing stress, loneliness, burnout, relationship challenges, self-doubt, or simply needs to talk, I offer my time and presence freely. Over the years, I have worked in clinical environments where active listening, emotional sensitivity, and compassionate communication were essential. These experiences have strengthened my ability to understand diverse emotional needs and hold space for others respectfully and confidently. Fluent in English and Urdu, I support individuals from different cultural and personal backgrounds, ensuring each person feels heard, valued, and supported.
