Shivani Eleen Barwa

I’m Shivani Eleen Barwa, a Counselling Psychologist and an Associate Gestalt-trained Therapist with a deep interest in creating emotionally safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental spaces for people to explore themselves authentically. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, where I work alongside clients rather than positioning myself as an authority over their experiences. I work with concerns related to anxiety, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationships, identity exploration, loneliness, life transitions, and personal growth. I am particularly passionate about queer-affirmative therapy and understanding how social structures, identity, culture, and lived experiences shape emotional wellbeing. Alongside therapy, I am also a poetry writer, sportsperson, and mandala artist... creative spaces that deeply influence the way I understand healing, expression, and human connection. I believe therapy is about helping individuals reconnect with themselves with greater awareness, self-compassion, and authenticity. 🌻
