I have offered care and support as a volunteer to help elevate mood and emotional health. Post Covid, this has become more significant than ever before. The complexities of life and uncertain life and work environments have inflicted immense stress on all of us. I try my best to lend a dependable shoulder and empathic words whenever I can.
