With experience supporting people through anxiety, abuse, ADHD, bereavement, and depression, I approach each conversation with empathy, patience, and respect. My background in psychology and training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Client-Centred Therapy (CCT) enables me to listen deeply and respond with genuine care.
