As a dedicated Listener, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental ear. My commitment is to provide a supportive space where individuals can express themselves freely, fostering understanding, emotional well-being and empathy. As a Registered Psychometrician in the Philippines, I advocate for mental health awareness. Being a Listener is very important for me because I once was there, I struggled and no one is there to listen. That’s why I wanted to become one. I will be there for every individual who felt lonely, that in a world full of stigma about mental health, I will be there to remind them that they matter, value them, and that mental health matters.
