I am a compassionate and dedicated volunteer listener with a background in Psychology and a genuine heart for service. Guided by empathy and respect, I create safe and non-judgmental spaces where people can share their thoughts, feelings, and struggles. My goal is to provide comfort, validation, and encouragement to those who need someone to simply listen and understand. With a BS in Psychology and current studies in MA Psychology, I am equipped with both academic knowledge and practical insight into human behavior, resilience, and mental health. I have experience in supporting individuals in diverse settings—from students and parents to colleagues and community members—helping them feel heard and valued. As a volunteer, I believe that listening is one of the most powerful acts of care. I strive to bring patience, empathy, and presence into every conversation, supporting individuals in their journey toward healing, clarity, and hope.
