As a good listener, I strive to create a safe and comfortable space for clients to feel heard and understood without feeling judged. I have some experience as a psychological assistant, assisting psychologists in the counseling process, from administration to completion. I also worked directly in the field as a psychological assistant for athletes with disabilities at the NPC Yogyakarta, prior to the Peparnas (National Paralympic Games). There, I observed, provided basic counseling, and listened to all the athletes' complaints and challenges during training, as well as any anxieties they experienced.
