As an MBBS graduate, I bring both medical training and empathetic communication skills to the role of an Online Listener. My foundation in clinical practice has taught me the importance of active listening, non-judgmental presence, and patient-centered communication in promoting trust, safety, and emotional relief. In an online listener role, my primary responsibility is to provide individuals with a confidential and supportive space where they feel heard and understood. By practicing attentive listening and empathetic engagement, I help people articulate their feelings, process stress, and explore possible coping strategies. While I do not provide formal therapy, my medical background equips me to recognize signs of distress, burnout, anxiety, or health-related concerns, and guide individuals toward appropriate resources or professional help when needed.
