I believe that true understanding of others and the development of empathy can only be fully achieved through a combination of spirituality and scientific evidence. My experience in counseling has shown me that addressing only the physical or psychological symptoms often misses the deeper layers of human experience. Over several hours of working directly with patients, listening to their diverse challenges, I’ve come to see how integrating both empirical knowledge and spiritual insight fosters deeper healing and connection.
