Dilhara Senanayake

As a compassionate and attentive listener, I am dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to express their thoughts and emotions freely. My background in psychology, along with my experience participating in school workshops with senior counsellors during my training period, has strengthened my ability to offer empathetic presence and emotional support. I believe that simply being heard can be healing, and I strive to be that supportive presence for those who need to feel understood, valued, and respected.
