With a background in psychology and a natural ability to connect with people, I provide free listening support to individuals who need someone to talk to—without fear of judgment, pressure, or obligation. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, lonely, confused, or simply needs to share their thoughts, I offer my time and attention with empathy, respect, and confidentiality. I believe that being heard can be healing, and that every person deserves the chance to express themselves freely.
